Per word: 3 cents
Per page: $7.50 - based on 250 words per page
Per hour: $50.00

This stage is a final stage of the work. A proofreader examines the material after its textual and visual elements have been laid out to correct any errors.

Proofreading

Copy editing is reviewing material to ensure correct grammar, punctuation, spelling and usage. When appropriate, a copy editor will point out words and phrasing that can be considered harmful, disrespectful or difficult to understand.
